Each session lasts for 60 minutes and there are fun, engaging homework tasks after each session.
You can book weekly, 2x a month or monthly sessions with me depending on your goals, how intensively you want to work, and your lifestyle demands of course. I want my coaching sessions to help you reach your goals and not be another hurdle that is stopping you from reaching your goals. You can always change the frequency as I know life changes.
