These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Speaking Tips (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) accessing our website at https://leighanneturner.com and purchasing our corporate training services, digital products, or coaching programs.

By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our mission is to empower women to master the art of powerful, confident communication; these Terms ensure a professional and transparent framework for that journey.

1. Services and Products

Speaking Tips provides a range of professional communication training services, including but not limited to:

Digital Products: Storytelling Audiobook, 5-Day Speaking Voice Course, the Speaking Confidence Toolkit and others on the website.

Online Coaching: Individual and group coaching sessions.

In-Person Training: Keynote presentations, corporate workshops, and live training sessions.

2. Coaching Services

2.1 Format and Delivery

All coaching sessions are conducted online via video call (using a platform selected by the Company). Upon enrollment, Clients will receive:

Access to a dedicated folder containing all shared resources relevant to the coaching engagement.

Session recordings, which will be shared for the Client’s private educational use only.

2.2 Coaching Rates

The following standard rates apply for hourly consultations and sessions:

Individual Coaching: as stated in the contract.

Group Coaching: as stated in the contract, per participant (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

2.3 Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for coaching packages. If a payment plan is selected, you authorise the Company to charge the agreed-upon instalments on the scheduled dates or to invoice you as agreed in writing. If any installment is overdue, we may (at our discretion) pause or suspend sessions, withhold deliverables (including recordings and resource access), and/or revoke access to shared resources until the account is brought up to date.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Included Digital Products:

Storytelling Audiobook

5-Day Speaking Voice Course

Speaking Confidence Toolkit

Any other new or updated products on the website

3.2 Licence and Permitted Use

Purchase of a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for your personal, non-commercial use only (unless we agree otherwise in writing). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sub-licence, share, upload, or make any digital product (or any part of it) available to any third party.

3.3 Access and Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically (for example, via download and/or access links). Where a digital product includes templates, workbooks, audio, video, or other supporting resources, those items form part of the product and are subject to these Terms.

3.4 Payment and Plans (Digital Products)

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, digital products are paid in full at the time of purchase. If we offer a payment plan for any digital product or bundle, access may be contingent on maintaining payments as agreed, and we may suspend access if payments are missed.

3.5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our digital products in any way that infringes our intellectual property, harms our business, or enables others to access our materials without purchasing their own licence.

4. In-Person Presentations and Training

4.1 Availability and Booking Process

In-person presentations, keynote speaking, and on-site corporate training are available by request. To enquire and book, Clients should contact us via the website contact page at https://leighanneturner.com (or via a booking email address provided on that page), and we will confirm availability, scope, and pricing in writing.

4.2 Expenses and Logistics

For all in-person engagements, the Client is responsible for:

Travel and accommodation expenses (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Provision of necessary audio-visual equipment and venue logistics.

A non-refundable deposit to secure the date on the Company calendar (if required and set out in writing).

5. Intellectual Property

All training methodologies, scripts, workbooks, videos, and audio content provided by Speaking Tips are the sole intellectual property of Speaking Tips. Clients may not use these materials for commercial purposes or to train third parties without express written consent.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Coaching (rescheduling/cancellations): You may reschedule or cancel a coaching session with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee (or, for packages, will be treated as a used session), except where we agree otherwise in writing. If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative time/date.

Coaching packages and payment plans: If you are on a payment plan and fail to make a payment when due, we may pause sessions and/or access to recordings and resources until payment is received. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or we agree otherwise in writing.

Digital Products (Storytelling Audiobook, 5-Day Speaking Course, Speaking Confidence Toolkit and future products ): All digital product purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access provided upon purchase.

In-Person Training: Specific cancellation terms and any kill fees will be outlined in the individual Service Agreement provided at the time of booking.

7. Professional Disclaimer

Speaking Tips provides educational tools and coaching designed to improve communication skills. While we are committed to your growth, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, career advancements, or financial gains. The Client’s success depends on their own application of the training provided.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our Clients. All information shared during individual coaching sessions is strictly confidential. In group coaching settings, participants are expected to maintain the privacy of fellow members to foster an empowering and safe environment for all.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to these courts.
